Cancellation / Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important here at Adore Luxury Lash Studio. It is time reserved, especially for you. I understand that sometimes time adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 business hours' notice for cancellations. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. A credit card will be asked to have on file.
Any appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling/cancellation with fees.
Less than 24 business hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No-shows will not be able to book for future appointments and will automatically be charged for 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within a 24-hour period and need to be canceled: the client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Deposit Disclaimer
Deposits are required for any service and will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment.
Before your appointment
1. Please arrive with your face free of any moisturizers, oil, and make-up.
2. If you are wearing makeup, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and ask for cleansing pads to remove your makeup. This will avoid any delay in your service.
Checkout
1. Payments and tips can be paid with cash or a credit card.
2. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until your appointment is fulfilled or scheduled time.
The Policies & Procedures stated above allows me to provide the highest quality of service for each client. I appreciate your business, so I want to offer you the most I can during your scheduled appointment. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. I will offer every solution possible to rectify any issues that may occur. No refunds will be offered toward any services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.
